Static Pitches There are 20 static caravan holiday homes situated around two well-stocked fishing lakes. The caravans are supported by concrete hard standings and a Tarmacked service road with parking bays. Each caravan has a 12-year lease, which can be extended by an optional 3 years if the holiday home is kept in good condition. The license is for 11 months, from 10th February to 10th January. It is important to note that these holiday homes are privately owned and not available for rent or living purposes.
