Purchasing a holiday home
If you’re looking to purchase a holiday home at Cripps Farm, the first and most important thing to decide is how much money you are looking to spend on your purchase.
When choosing your holiday home and plot, whether it be a static or lodge we will give you an overall price this will include delivery, siting fees, site commission, VAT and decking.
Once the price has been agreed we require a £2,000 non-refundable deposit and the remaining balance must be paid in full within four weeks before the handover date.
If you’ve purchased a brand new holiday home, most manufacturers offer a warranty on the purchase. We recommend you read your user manuals. The warranty will start from the day you take ownership of your holiday home.
